A great T-Shirt starts and finishes with the fabric — and we trialled many, searching for that fine balance between structure and softness.
We landed on a 160g single-knit jersey cotton.
It’s a compact weave — so this will take on your dryer, and win — so long as you don’t do anything daft. Pure cotton always shrinks a little over time — but this will be very manageable. And it’ll be even softer after the wash.
The trim is simple, but refined. Twin-needle-edge stitching and bound side-splits, which move easily and stay clear of pockets.
For fit, we tested on an army of real men and developed over 40 different size combinations. We started with the sizes you know (S/M/L), plugged some gaps (M+, L+), and layered in 2 cuts (slim and regular) and 3 lengths. Try the fit finder if you’d like some help navigating.
Our stuntman Oss is 6’1”, seen here in a Medium, Slim Cut, Regular length.
