We took the high-Summer collection for a stroll around our Richmond Upon-Thames home, where smart casual tailoring met the blue skies and warm breeze of this vintage British summer.

First stop, Via Romana, slingers of the finest Italian sandwiches this side of the Alps — the best in London for our money. We ordered the usual and washed it down with an Electric Coffee flat white. Top-notch beans, and a Springsteen poster above the counter, which pretty much seals the deal.

Little Green is a favourite locale for some lunchtime lounging. But on punching out time, we scramble to The Sun Inn for a whistle wetter — London’s premiere rugby pub. Good ales, big screens, and procescco Fridays.

You can’t come to Richmond and not do the riverside thing. We’re literally on the Thames — it’s very lovely. A sight only beaten by Richmond viewpoint. Lush, green, and vast.
