We’ve doubled down on the pleated trouser trend, and cut our Hackneys in our favourite winter fabric: a fine wale Italian cord, garment dyed for incredible softness, and lived-in looks.
The finishing is on point — a pair of distinctively British forward pleats, slash hip pockets, herringbone internals, front coin pocket, and a flap on the jets at the back.
This is a great trend, and we’re several years in now – it’s not going anywhere. This is cut to sit a little higher, and it flows with classic, mid-century elegance, no matter the build you choose.

Just like denim, garment-dyed products can experience some colour transfer. So take care. Be sure to wash at 86°F or lower with similar colours, low iron and no tumble dry if you can avoid it. No bleach. Wash inside out.

It’s such a pleasure to have a choice of styles each with a perfect fit for any occasion knowing they will be comfortable.
Like my other Spokes, these cords are a terrific fit. I like everything about them, improved further by the extra belt with leather trim.
