    Polo referral terms

    OVERVIEW

    By participating, you accept the following terms and conditions:
    1. By providing an email address, users agree to SPOKE storing their email address and sending marketing emails to that address that it deems relevant to SPOKE and its subscribers.
    2. Participants can unsubscribe from emails at any time by clicking the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any SPOKE marketing email.
    3. By unsubscribing, participants will no longer be eligible to receive a discount awarded by this scheme.
    4. Individuals become Referrers when another individual submits their own email address via the form at the unique URL provided by SPOKE via email to the first individual. This is considered a referral, limited by the terms described below.
    5. Referrers will be eligible for a 50% discount on their next SPOKE Polo order when they have successfully at least 3 friends but fewer than 10 friends.
    6. Referrers will be eligible for a 100% discount on their next SPOKE Polo order when they have successfully referred at least 10 friends.
    7. SPOKE Polo Referral discounts are not cumulative. Referrers will not be entitled to more than one discount in this scheme.
    8. Referrers eligible for a discount will be notified via email before 15/03/18.
    9. The email sent to Referrers will include a one-time discount code applicable to their next full-price SPOKE Polo order.
    10. The SPOKE Polo Referral discount code must be redeemed before 30th April, when it expires.
    11. Discounts may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
    12. SPOKE reserves the right to withhold discounts at its discretion where it deems that participants are attempting to manipulate the scheme by, for example, referring themselves. No funny business, guys.
